
JOSH HERNDON
PRINCIPAL
Josh Herndon is involved with company-level strategy generation and leads project-level deal conceptualization, underwriting, capital sourcing and execution at JPX Works.
Prior to joining JPX Works, Josh was a market consultant at Noell Consulting Group and previously, Haddow & Company, where he worked on commercial real estate assignments across the US. In addition to his consulting experience, Josh is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia, and has been involved with the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets across a multitude of sectors, including office, retail, multifamily, and raw land.
Josh earned a Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology. While at Georgia Tech, he was awarded a graduate teaching assistantship with the College of Architecture’s Associate Dean of Undergraduate Studies and Creative Activities. Upon graduation, he was recognized by the School of City and Regional Planning with the Faculty Award for Academic Excellence, given each year to the program’s top graduate. As an undergrad, Josh studied at the University of Georgia, where he was a walk-on member of the football team and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate.
